Mailroom works best when you use it with your entire team. Sometimes, however, you want some users to have a little more limited access than others. Maybe you have a contractor who needs to see only emails related to your website or you are in an industry where maintaining customer account privacy is important.
Now you can limit any user on your account to see only conversations assigned to them. It’s really easy to setup. Just go to preferences and click on “Other Users” choose the user you want to limit, and then uncheck the box labeled “User can view items assigned to others users”

Hit Save Changes and you’re done. Now you can give everyone on your team access to Mailroom, even those who need only limited access.
