Our Process
Making sure that our culture is maintained requires us to be thorough in our hiring process for two main reasons. We need to get a job done and that requires us to find out how well you can do it. We want you to be glad that you chose to join our team, everyday.
It may not sound revolutionary, but everyone that we are looking at will go through the same process. Once we narrow the field to a few candidates, this is how we will proceed.
- Initial Contact – someone from our team will contact you via phone and have a quick chat.
- Work Review – a deeper dive into your past performance via references supplied by you.
- Team Chat – the key members of the team you are joining will call you and get to know you.
- The Offer – If we think you fit with Sproutit.com, we will offer you the opportunity to join us.
- Blast Off – The moon’s the limit!
What Next
